The commission process includes the following stages:

3. Initial payment (if applicable)
4. Development and revisions according to selected package
5. Final delivery of work

4. Copyright

All work done by Ken Art is protected by copyright. Commercial use and distribution rights depend on the selected package. The client will receive the rights specified in their commission package.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments must be made according to the terms agreed in each commission. Refund policies are as follows:

• Cancellations before work begins: full refund
• Cancellations during process: partial refund according to progress
• No refunds after final delivery

6. Revisions

The number of revisions included depends on the selected package. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. Revisions must be requested within the agreed timeframe.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and current workload. An estimated schedule will be provided at the start of each commission.
